Read MoreMolly grew up as a camper and summer staff at SpringHill before becoming the Founding Director of Youth for Christ/USA’s Nationwide Camping initiative, impacting thousands of teenagers with the hope of the Gospel. Molly has dedicated over 25 years to shaping life-impacting experiences that enable young people to know Jesus Christ and grow in their faith.
Molly passionately focuses on deepening SpringHill’s impact, wisely stewarding resources, and uplifting the experiences of both campers and donors. Her leadership is deeply anchored in SpringHill’s core values: Adventurous Faith, Relational Focus, Contagious Joy, and Holy Discontent—ensuring that every child who arrives at SpringHill encounters the transformative love of Christ.
Molly and her husband, Dave, have been married for 18 years and have a 13-year-old son, Isaac. Their family shares a deep love for SpringHill and is excited for this season of ministry and leadership.
Eric Bartz
Senior Director of Central ServicesEric brings over a decade of leadership and experience to SpringHill.
Read MoreEric has been an integral part of SpringHill since 2013, bringing over a decade of leadership and experience to his current role. He oversees HR, Registration, Risk Management and Safety, Technology, and Retail, ensuring smooth operations and a commitment to excellence. His journey with SpringHill began during three summers in college before transitioning to full-time roles, including Day Camps, Recruiting, Technology, and Operations.
A graduate of Taylor University, Eric is passionate about creating transformational experiences for guests and staff alike. Outside of work, he lives in West Michigan with his wife and four children. He enjoys running, pickleball, skiing, backpacking, and all things outdoors and is currently hard at work instilling a love for outdoor adventures in his kids.
Katie Stilson
Senior Director of Program and TrainingKatie has dedicated her career to youth development and leadership.
Read MoreKatie’s journey with SpringHill began in 2006 as a lifeguard, and she spent every summer during college working at camp until 2010. After nearly a decade serving with Youth For Christ, running Campus Life clubs in Northwest Indiana, she returned to SpringHill in 2018 as a Program Director. Now, as the Senior Director of Program and Training, Katie is passionate about creating life-changing experiences for campers and staff alike.
A graduate of Taylor University with a degree in Christian Educational Ministry, Katie has dedicated her career to youth development and leadership. She thrives in the outdoors, whether exploring Michigan’s natural beauty or embarking on adventures around the world. Married and always up for a new experience, Katie brings energy, enthusiasm, and a deep love for SpringHill’s mission to everything she does.
Zac Hyde
Senior Camp DirectorZac is passionate about creating a space where people can step out of their normal lives and experience God.
Read MoreZac joined SpringHill in 2023 after spending 16 years with the Walt Disney Company supporting Theme Park Operations first at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA and later at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. In that role, his team was responsible for driving initiatives to improve guest experience, launch new projects, and identify cost opportunities. In his current role with SpringHill, he leads Operations and Strategic Planning efforts for the Michigan camp.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the University of Florida and is passionate about creating a space where people can step out of their normal lives and experience God. He lives onsite at the Michigan camp with his wife, Tracy, and their three boys.
Kevin Simon
Chief Financial OfficerKevin served with SpringHill from 2009-2013 as our financial controller and since 2022 as of Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the finance team and works directly with the senior leadership team and board of directors. He receives his bachelor’s in accounting from Ferris State University and master’s in accounting from Grand Valley State University.
Outside of work, he lives in West Michigan with his wife and five children. He enjoys basketball, travel, and volunteering at his local church.
