An unforgettable week of faith and fun

As a church leader, Vacation Bible School is often the BIG summer event for your congregation.

While you love to see the ah-ha moments in your children’s faces, it takes so much time, work, and planning to pull it off. For months, you recruit volunteers and create a program teaching elementary-aged kids about Jesus in a fun and interactive way.

But there is a better way…

At SpringHill, we partner with churches like yours to co-host five days of camp at your church.

We provide a week of camp with fun activities and meaningful lessons to help children experience Christ at camp.

You bring the kids to your church or ministry, and we do the rest.

  • We bring the fun.
  • We plan the camp.
  • We provide trained staff.

Our programs are a powerful way to guide your kids toward a deeper connection with Christ by engaging them in exciting activities and unforgettable fun. We focus on weekly themes centered around biblical teachings that help campers experience Jesus.

Fun activities like a climbing wall, the Flying Squirrel, a bungee trampoline, water fun, games, and crafts help build character and confidence in intentional ways. We also include large group events like skits, plays, games, and songs, followed by small group discussions on lessons they learned.

Day Camp programs serve children between 5 and 11 who have completed grades K through 5.

FAQs

Have Questions?

  • What is SpringHill Day Camp, and who is it for?

SpringHill Day Camp is a week of awesome adventures, character building, new friends, and fun geared toward kids who have completed kindergarten to 5th grade.

We bring the camp experience to kids through local churches. We provide the programming, activities, and camp leaders. Our programs are designed to create a fun and engaging environment where kids will connect with their camp leaders, with each other, and with God.

  • Does SpringHill Day Camp Include The Extra Support Program?

Our mission is for every child to feel like they belong and have a place at SpringHill. To accomplish this, we hire and train staff who are equipped to address each young person’s needs. We can assist campers who have physical, behavioral, or medical limitations. SpringHill provides extra support services and one-on-one support from highly trained staff for each child in need to ensure an unforgettable experience.

  • Can I sign up for more than one waitlist?

Yes. If there are multiple Summer Day Camps in your area, you may register for multiple waitlists. If space becomes available at multiple sites, we ask that families choose one experience for their camper to attend.

  • Is financial aid available?

With the help of generous donors, we are able to offer partial scholarships to kids in need. We want all kids to have the opportunity to attend a SpringHill summer camp experience.  For more information on financial assistance, please visit www.springhillexperieces.com/financialaid

  • Can my older children volunteer or work with SpringHill’s Summer Day Camps?

We invite children 13 and older to join our counselor-in-training (CIT) program, which is facilitated by the host church.

Young adults 16 and older can join the SpringHill summer camp team. For more information, email Work@springhillexperiences.com.

  • What are your camper pickup procedures?

Our validation process includes an approved list of adults the parent or guardian authorizes to pick up their child. To keep everyone safe, we issue a 4-character code that will be need to be shown by the adult picking up each child each day. The pickup person must match a name on our approved list.

Parents can add names to the list prior to pick up if needed.

  • When and where are day camps offered?

Camp registration is under dates and rates, where you can view a list of camp dates and locations.

  • Is there before and after camp care?

Yes. You can drop off campers as early as 8 a.m. and pick them up as late as 5:30 p.m. There are extra fees for before- and after-camp care. You can sign up during the camp registration process.
