SpringHill Christian Camp Cancellation Policy
We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances can change after you make a reservation. If you are unable to attend your camp or retreat after booking, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Overnight Camp/ Day Camp/ Family Camp & Retreat/ Youth Retreats/ Adult Retreats
Overnight Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:
If circumstances arise and your child cannot attend the week you reserved, you may be able to choose an alternate date, depending on availability. If you need to cancel, refunds depend on when you cancel in relation to your camp dates.
- Cancellations over 180 days from your camp experience, minus the deposit, are fully refundable.
- Cancellations between 179 and 31 days before your camp experience result in a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations between 30 and 8 days before your camp experience are charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of your camp experience will result in the forfeiture of the entire camp fee.
Day Camp Cancellation Policy
