4 DAY FAMILY CAMP

Raising Resilient Kids is a Rewarding Journey

Enjoy The Moments, We’ll Handle The Details at SpringHill Christian Family Camp

We Get You.

We help families reconnect with God and each other at our 4-day family camp.

Welcome to Indiana’s SpringHill Family Overnight Camp, a Christ-centered camp-supported environment where meaningful moments matter, and connections transform families.

We provide a canvas for you to do things together, connect, and create moments for conversation about Christ. Today, families often struggle to make sense of the world around them. And it can be hard to know how to connect spiritually and grow together in your faith.

SpringHill is Here to Help.

We designed the SpringHill Family Camp experience to equip and encourage parents and caregivers to lead the spiritual development of their children.

During camp, families share stories, pray, and have open and honest dialogues about life and faith. This experience provides parents and caregivers with new spiritual understandings and practices that easily transfer to their homes and daily family life.

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say:

It was really intentional thought-out family time. Everything was coordinated to allow for families to connect and have shared experience and communication.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say:

My expectations for SpringHill Family Camp were completely blown out of the water. This was not a regular, old Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend at SpringHill. The entire four days led our family to discover God’s passion for families and to intentionally grow closer to Jesus as a family.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say:

Offered good strategies to bring home and continue the experience, as well as resources.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say

Sharing SpringHill with our kids has truly been a delight, but, even more so, I value the ways we saw God this weekend.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say

The idea that we, as a family, are a team and we are to work together through all circumstances to better one another. This idea of working as a team ought to color our words and actions, even into our discipline and encouragement of our children.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say

I think it was good for us to have fun over a significant time to build connections. We seem so busy with everything else that we don’t get this as much as we like.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say

Coaching kids and helping them try new things; normalizing holding hands in prayer with family and others; protected time to play with our kids and talk about Jesus. As parents we felt the Holy Spirit at SpringHill. It energized and encouraged us.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say

The focused time to just play as a family. So often in life we only have certain times to play as a family. But the ability to just play without any time limit or worry about making a decision and just letting a family BE a family was invaluable to us. I personally wear so many hats in my day to day but when we are up on the trapeze or on the gusher for 3 hours, I am just Dad! This was everything to me.”

WHY SPRINGHILL

What Families Say

Having a counselor assigned to our family who really jumped in and loves us well. Cali sat with our kids at meal time, did the zip-line with them, played 1 on 1 pickleball with a kid, gave out beads. She lead us in spiritual conversations after high ropes activities. Tied God into a lot of things”

FAMILY CAMP FAQs

Registration and Financial FAQs

Here are some of the questions we get asked. If you don’t see your question here, please call or email so we can answer it for you!

  • Do you offer a referral discount?

Yes. You receive a $100 rebate for each referral that attends camp. You will receive the rebate within 30 days of camp attendance.

  • Are there any other discounts available?

No. Currently, the family referral program is the only discount available.

  • Do you offer financial scholarships or assistance?

Yes. We do not want the cost of attending to keep families from experiencing camp. If you need monetary support, on the application please tell us a little about your circumstances and why you require assistance. We discuss each application as a team to determine camp scholarships. Financial aid is extended on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Are there any additional costs while at camp?

The registration fee includes lodging, all activities, and food. The only exception is a small fee for shirts if you want to make tie-dye T-shirts. You can also buy specialty coffee, snacks, toiletries, and souvenirs at the Trading Post (camp store).

  • How much do I need to pay when I register?

The minimum deposit is $300. The full amount is due no later than 30 days before camp begins.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can make a $300 nonrefundable deposit and then make monthly payments. The final payment is due no later than 30 days before your camp session begins.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If circumstances arise and you cannot attend, you may be able to choose an alternate date, depending on availability. If you need to cancel, refunds depend on when you cancel in relation to your camp dates.

Cancellations more than 180 days from your camp experience are fully refundable, minus the deposit.
Cancellations between 179 and 31 days before your camp experience result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 30 and 8 days before your camp experience are charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of your camp experience will result in the forfeiture of the entire camp fee.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

No. The initial $300 deposit is nonrefundable.

  • Can I change my camp dates after I have registered?

Family camp fills up quickly. However, if there is an opening for an alternative date, we can modify your dates. There is a change fee of $50 if you change your dates after registering.

  • Once we register, what communication can we expect?

Our registration team will contact you to welcome you to camp. We also communicate regarding packing instructions, what to bring, and other useful information to help you prepare for camp.

FAMILY CAMP FAQs

Camp FAQs

  • Can we bring bikes?

Yes. We encourage families to bring bikes. There are trails you can explore together or in small groups.

  • Can we bring boats, kayaks, canoes, or SUPs?

No. We provide kayaks, canoes, and SUPs that are free to use. You can also join us on our party barge.

  • Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. Adult and child lifejackets are available for use.

  • How will we get around camp?

Most families walk or take the tram to get from one location to another. You can also ride bikes. For safety reasons, we do not permit driving vehicles around camp. If you have specific mobility needs, please discuss these with the registration office so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Where do we eat?

Family campers eat together at the Lodge Dining Hall. You may dine with one or more families. During camp, you will also have family picnics.

  • Will there be a camp counselor to help us know what to do and where to go?

Yes, we have a family camp counselor assigned for every two families. They are your guide on the side to help during activities, lead spiritual discussions, and assist your family in any way.

  • Are we together as a family for the entire four days?

Most of the time. Most activities are family events and encourage bonding time together. However, we have one evening for parents and children to be independent.

  • Can we do any activities we want, or must we follow a specific schedule?

We designed our Family Camp so you can spend time together, no planning required. The curated activities and schedule enable you to bond and deepen relationships with each other while getting to know other families.

  • Do you provide childcare?

No. All activities are designed to include your children. During parent time, we have planned activities for your children.

  • How much interaction do we have with other families?

Family camp is an intimate experience where you will play with, learn from, and experience camp as a group. You can have as much or as little interaction with other families as you want. For example, we have group games and events that promote friendly competitions between families to help everyone get to know each other. You will also enjoy meals and campfires as a group.

  • Can we bring our pets?

No. Please leave your furry friends at home. You can sing camp songs to them when you get back.
